Shipping
Freakdecals ships within the United States via USPS Priority (3-4 days) and UPS Ground (2-5 days).
Items will normally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your paid order confirmation and are covered by shipping insurance. *DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPMENTS CAN BE DELAYED. All orders have a shipment tracking number, once your shipment leaves our facility please track your order through UPS/USPS. Freakdecals.com can not be held responsible for delayed shipments due to carrier.*
Art Charges/Custom work
Freakdecals offers most of its products at the price shown, we do however charge extra for custom orders. Please be aware that if you call us with special instructions or direction, you will be charged our hourly rate ($48 per hour subject to change without notice) for design time.

At Freakdecals.com your satisfaction is very important to us. If you
are dissatisfied with one of our products, please contact us. Include your Name, Phone #, Order # and a detailed explanation of the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you.
Refunds/exchanges
It is the customers responsibility to apply graphics according to Freakdecals installation guidelines. Due to storage conditions all refunds/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of order received. Orders must be returned to us prior to refund. Returned orders that have been removed from their backing or damaged due to customer handling will not be honored. RV Murals are printed to order and are considered custom orders. Custom orders are not refundable. If you have not received an order placed with Freakdecals, provide us with any shipping information that you may have. If product has been shipped to a wrong address- Freakdecals will honor refund only if the error occurred on Freakdecals part. All refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, customer is responsible for returned shipping and correct packaging.
Freakdecals is not responsible for damage to surfaces that our product has been applied to for any reason. See our installation guide for details. Freakdecals are sold “as is” and are not assumed to be removable/repositionable. Indoor stickers /decals are printed on paper and will be destroyed upon removal- they may also leave adhesive and paper on surface (like any paper sticker) that may be removed when care is used. Outdoor stickers can be removed from non-porous surfaces without damage to the surface if care is used during removal. See Installation guidelines.
Sunbleaching on outdoor stickers will be accelerated in Southwestern and southern states, but should maintain integrity for the life of our warranty.
